The Manager works in an environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate needs to be detailed oriented, excel at project management (balancing multiple projects efficiently, various stakeholders and managing detailed timelines), understand and align marketing with customers and must be able to work as an integral cross functional team member.
Responsibilities :
Event Content Development
- Manage speaker recruitment, engagements and planning and execution of program logistics for hosted events.
- Manage the external call for speakers' process including, platform for proposals, review and selection as well as curating internal priority content.
- Keynote speaker research and vetting for alignment with content topic areas; communication management.
- Onsite programming management including Speaker Ready Room, session rooms and support partners.
- Contribute to and oversee the development of programming agendas, direction to speakers, planning team and other stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with event goals.
