The Inside Sales Specialist II is responsible for proactively managing sales communications and building strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth. With expertise in customer engagement and sales processes, you will handle inquiries, process transactions, and recommend solutions to meet customer needs. Your role involves collaborating closely with the sales team to identify and act on sales opportunities, achieving targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

- Conduct needs analysis and recommend products and solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate transaction records.

- Collaborate with sales colleagues to strategize on achieving sales objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related role.
