Manager of Talent Management

This role will focus on implementing key talent programs, managing processes, and partnering with business and HR leaders to drive a high-performance, people-focused culture. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in talent management, leadership development, and program execution. Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute talent management initiatives, including leadership development programs, succession planning, and talent reviews.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to implement talent strategies that align with NCR Voyix’s business goals.
- Manage and optimize talent processes, tools, and frameworks, ensuring they are effective, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning discussions, providing insights and recommendations for talent development.
- Oversee the execution of leadership development programs, ensuring alignment with NCR Voyix’s leadership framework.
- Partner with vendors and external partners to support talent development programs and initiatives.
- Use data and analytics to track program effectiveness, measure impact, and provide insights on talent trends.
- Support the integration of talent management with other HR functions, including talent acquisition, DEI, employee experience, and culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, providing guidance on talent strategies and leadership development.
- Foster relationships across NCR Voyix, role-modeling the company’s values, integrity, and commitment to employee development.
- 5 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or a related HR function, preferably in a multinational company.
- Proven experience managing and executing talent programs, including leadership development and succession planning.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with HR and business leaders.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive talent decisions and measure program impact.
- Strong facilitation skills for talent reviews, leadership development sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Hands-on approach with a balance of strategic thinking and execution to drive talent initiatives.
- Experience working with HR technologies related to talent management (e.g., talent marketplaces, learning platforms).
