About the Role

Network Coverage is seeking a Strategic Alliance Manager to cultivate and manage high-impact partnerships that enhance our Managed IT and Security Services offerings. This role is pivotal in developing relationships with technology partners, vendors, and service providers to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in technology partnerships, business development, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity and IT services, aligning partnerships with our business objectives for mutual success.

Accountabilities

Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Identify, establish, and manage strategic alliances with technology vendors, cybersecurity providers, cloud platforms, and integrators.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to drive joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling opportunities, and service integrations.
  • Develop multi-tiered relationships with partners, including executive, sales, product, and marketing teams.

Revenue & Growth Enablement:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to leverage alliances for lead generation, co-selling, and revenue expansion.
  • Work with marketing to create joint campaigns, co-branded content, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate new revenue streams and service enhancements through strategic partnerships.

Technology & Service Integration:

  • Assess partner solutions for compatibility and integration into our managed IT and security service offerings.
  • Work with product teams to align partner technologies with customer needs and security frameworks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compliance regulations, and emerging technologies to ensure alignment with market demands.

Performance & Relationship Management:

  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure partnership success, revenue contribution, and market impact.
  • Manage partner enablement programs, joint training initiatives, and incentive structures.
  • Ensure contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • 2 years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, or business development within Managed IT, Cybersecurity, or Cloud Services.
  • Strong understanding of MSP/MSSP business models, cybersecurity frameworks, and IT service delivery.
  • Experience working with technology vendors, cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cybersecurity firms, and compliance-driven organizations.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, structure, and manage complex partnership agreements.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technology partnerships into revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and executive teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with vendor partner programs (e.g., Microsoft, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, etc.).
  • Background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations (NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, GDPR, etc.).

Role Logistics

  • This is a full-time position
