Job Overview
Description-Responsible for assisting in implementation of service area as outlined in the Program Plans and under the guidance of the Teacher. Responsible for covering breaks for applicable staff as assigned. This position will support the teaching teams, Family and Children Services Supervisor. Floater Tasks and responsibilities could include those of Teacher Assistant, Custodian, Foods Service, and Bus Aide. Work hours as assigned by Supervisor; valid drivers' license; safe driving record; adequate insurance; criminal background check; Protective Service Record Check; initial Health Assessment and required updates; annual TB Risk Assessment or TB screening by Mantoux method; CPR/First Aid card; food handles card; and complete application for Career Pathway Registry (STARS). Physical Demands: While performing duties of job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, drive an automobile, talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Must be at least 18 years old. This position requires a GED or High School Diploma.
