HHS Medical Marijuana Unit - Bismarck, ND - Customer Support Coordinator
As the Customer Support Coordinator for the Medical Marijuana Program, you will be responsible for providing technical and customer service support to applicants and providing administrative support for the program.
To thrive in this position , you should be capable of working and communicating with applicants, have strong written and verbal communication skills, maintain confidentiality, review criminal history record check results, and perform reviews of applications for completeness.
To be considered for this position , you are required to have a high school diploma (or GED) and two years of experience performing a variety of administrative and office support duties or associates degree and one year of experience performing a variety of administrative and office support duties. College-level course work in business administration, or a related field with course work reflecting the required abilities, may be substituted for the required work experience on a year-for-year basis. Applicants must have excellent telephone and written communication skills and proven ability to communicate well with internal and external partners.
This position requires a criminal history record check be performed.
