POSITION: Assistant Production Coordinator
LOCATION: NDSCS – Wahpeton, North Dakota
TYPE OF APPOINTMENT: Part-time, non-benefitted position.

JOB SUMMARY: This position will be a part of the Construction & Design Technology department, specifically the Building Construction Technology program. Primary responsibilities include coordination for construction projects. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Research pricing and obtain material quotes
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries
- Pick-up and obtain materials
- Coordinate Request for payments
- Maintain client relations related to projects
- Track project costs
Other duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Document and record keeping related to construction projects
- Take pictures and maintain historical records of projects
- Assist with program recruitment
- Manage program supplies
Minimum Requirements
- Proficient computer skills, specifically using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Must support mission, vision, and values of NDSCS
Preferred Qualifications
- Two-year degree or diploma
- Knowledge of construction
- Good personality, personable and approachable
- Good organizational skills
- Self-starter requiring minimal supervision
- Ability to function in a team environment
- Proficient in using social media

SALARY: $20 - $22/hour, commensurate with education and experience
