Senior Program Lead Opportunity
NDI Engineering is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Lead Opportunity to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in managing teams, contracts, and employee/customer engagement. Key requirements include:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Business Management from an accredited College or University.
- Professional Engineering license is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience managing programs/projects as lead program manager.
- Experience managing multi-disciplined DoD programs, preferably with a focus on Navy engineering programs.
The Senior Program Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products.
