NDI Office Furniture, LLC is looking for a full-time customer support team member in Nashville, TN.
NDI is a premier office furniture wholesale company head quartered in Nashville, TN, with 3 Distribution Centers located in Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, and Ocala, FL. We distribute a large line of furniture to office furniture dealers located in 18 states. NDI was founded in 1980, and takes great pride in providing southern-style, friendly service by highly trained, professional staff in all locations. We utilize our fleet of tractor trailers and full-time drivers on scheduled routes, plus LTL carriers when shipping to non-routed locations.

Responsibilities
Answer the heavy flow of inbound phone calls & emails. Strong Mathematical skills,
Order entry, follow ups, researching product, expediting orders, ability to understand Truck Routing.
Provide support to Customers and Territory Managers.
