Job Title: Channel Content Coordinator
Job Summary:
Oversee new OTA partner onboarding operations, focusing on Orlando properties. Key responsibilities include creating listing content, building listings, photography, customer service reviews, and other marketing activities.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Implement systems for new properties (PMS, OTAs, booking engine, website details).
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Build and complete new property listings.
- Market rental inventory on OTAs, listing sites, and metasearch engines.
- Assist external associates (rent ready team, owner ambassadors, channel reservations coordinators).
- Monitor and respond to online reviews promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team for property photography and content uploads.
- Resolve customer issues to achieve brand loyalty.
Requirements:
- Self-driven, responsible, accountable, and a team player.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Property Management Systems, MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong systems and hospitality knowledge.
- Attention to detail and quick adaptability to new systems.
- Understanding of hotel operations and revenue department needs.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure.
- Minimum six months of resort or hotel experience.
Preferred:
- Independent hotel background.
- Completion of AA.
