We are creating a new sector in hospitality by creating identifiable brands with consistent accommodations, services, and amenities within the vacation rental space. JOB TITLE : CHANNEL CONTENT COORDINATOR

JOB SUMMARY : Channel Content coordinators oversee new OTA partner onboarding operations with particular emphasis on the Orlando area properties. A key member of the Revenue Management Department specializing in creating listing content, building listings, photography, customer service reviews and other marketing activities.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Systems implementation of new properties including PMS, OTAs, booking engine, and all prominent website details.
Maintain data throughout systems, ensure accuracy and consistency between all platforms.
Build out new property details listings for completion, content, consistency, and accuracy of information.
Assisting with the marketing of rental inventory on OTAs, listing sites, metasearch engines, and more (ex. Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.).
Assistance with external associates such as rent ready team, owner ambassadors, and channel reservations coordinators.
Monitor and respond, in writing, to online reviews in an extremely timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with Marketing team to photograph rental inventory and upload content to property management software and 3rd party travel sites.
Resolve customer issues arising from engagement, complaints, and comments, to provide complete and timely resolution to achieve customer brand loyalty.

REQUIREMENTS

Should be self-driven, responsible, and accountable, with a positive outlook and a team-player.

Must have excellent organizational and people skills, be detail-oriented and proficient in both written and oral communication.

Must be proficient in Property Management Systems, MS Office, specifically Excel and Word.

Strong systems and hospitality knowledge.

Attention to detail.

Ability to pick up computer systems quickly and proficiently.

Understanding of hotel operations and can associate with their needs through the revenue department.

Ability to work well under deadline pressure.

Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing market.

Six months plus resort or hotel experience is required.

PREFERRED

Independent hotel background is preferred.

Completion of AA is preferred.
