Job Summary
The Housekeeping Team Lead oversees all housekeeping operations for a large resort property. The role also focuses on achieving high guest satisfaction scores.
Essential Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce work standards and procedures for housekeeping staff.
- Assign duties to housekeepers and inspect completed tasks for compliance with standards.
- Perform housekeeping duties during emergencies, urgent situations, or staff shortages.
- Inspect cottages to identify areas needing repairs or maintenance.
- Record and maintain data on work assignments and prepare routine reports.
- Issue work equipment and supplies to housekeeping staff.
Requirements
