This position will assist the Catering Manager in the daily management of NDSU Catering. The Catering Coordinator will ensure we are providing the best dining experience for all of our catering customers, ensure food safety protocols are met in the food production and service areas, as well as providing excellent customer service. The Catering Coordinator will also assist with leadership for the recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and evaluation of staff. In this position, you are guaranteed 40 hours per week with 10 paid holidays, plus paid vacation and sick time. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Early mornings, nights and weekends depending on business needs.
Salary: $48,000 , plus full benefits package
