What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Charge Bookkeeper position at Neal Ranstrom CPA?
Neal Ranstrom CPA firm is in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper (full time). Must have experience in all areas of bookkeeping including:
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Payroll including Quarterly/Annual Reporting
- Journal Entries
- A/P and A/R
- Sales Tax Reporting
- Financial Reporting
- Strong QuickBooks Desktop Software skill set
- QuickBooks Online experience would be helpful, but not required.
- Experience working in a CPA firm environment. Years of experience would also be a high consideration.
- Excellent typing and 10 key by touch is required.
- Must have Microsoft experience in Outlook, Word and Excel skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Detail oriented.
Excellent communication skills, and follows instructions for clients and staff.
Must have your own transportation and a valid driver's license.
Must be willing to travel between the 2 offices in Pinetop and Holbrook. Nice office working environment.
