What are the responsibilities and job description for the Orthodontic Front Office/Scheduling Coordinator position at Neal Smiles Orthodontics?
We're looking to add a dynamic personality to our already amazing team! Candidate must be detail oriented, personable, extremely dependable, able to work independently and a team player. Job duties for the Front Office Coordinator will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients and other office duties. We are a fast-paced office with some overlap of roles and ability to multitask and being a team player is essential. Experience in orthodontics and knowledge of Dolphin Management software is a plus, but we will happily train the right personality. This is a full-time Front Office Coordinator position, averaging 36 hours per week.
Schedule is 4 days a week with some flexibility in our schedule as well. Upon eligibility, benefits include medical, paid vacation, PTO, 401k with match, HSA, opportunities for bonuses. Competitive wage, dependent on experience.
