Role Overview:
As the Assistant Director, Business Office, you will:
- Manage the daily operations of the Business Office, ensuring alignment with the hospital’s strategic goals
- Lead a team of 15 FTEs, providing training and mentorship to enhance performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital departments, clinical leadership, and providers to foster effective communication and collaboration
- Drive improvements in billing, accounts receivable management, claims processing, cash postings and vendor management to enhance financial performance
- Report directly to a supportive and dynamic Executive Director, Revenue Cycle
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of hospital-based business office leadership experience
- Minimum five (5) years hospital business office / billing experience
- Proven expertise in revenue cycle management, billing, AR, and denial resolution.
- Passion for mentoring, training, and building high-performing teams
