About the Hospital and Department:

- Position will manage the day to day operations of the Perioperative Department and lead a team of approximately 55-60 FTEs
- Department performs over 7k annual surgeries across 10 OR's including general, ortho, neuro, vascular, gyn, urology, and robotics
About the Nurse Manager, Perioperative Services Position:
This is a highly autonomous role that will focus on the daily operations of the department. You will also provide mentoring to your staff, ensure collaborative and positive physician relationships, create and implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and should be able to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels.
Qualifications & Requirements for Nurse Manager, Perioperative Services
- BSN required (Master's preferred)
- RN active license required
- Minimum two (2) years of progressive surgical services leadership experience at Supervisor level or above in an inpatient surgical services setting
- Minimum five (5) years of surgical services nursing experience (some of which must be main OR clinical nursing experience)
- CNOR is a plus
- INSPIRATIONAL and COLLABORATIVE leadership style
- Strong focus on quality, patient safety, staff and collaborating across all levels to ensure and obtain the best patient outcomes
Salary : $10,000 - $145,000
