Your Role
As the Quality Coordinator at Near North Health, you will be at the forefront of driving excellence in patient care and organizational performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. Using proven methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma, you’ll analyze data, streamline processes, and empower staff with the tools and training needed to deliver exceptional care. Your expertise and dedication will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, support accreditation efforts, and make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our community.

Qualifications
- Education Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety guidelines. Proficiency with the electronic health record (EHR), Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation
Compensation is determined based on each candidate’s experience, skills, and education, within the established range for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements will typically start at the entry level of the range, with additional qualifications reflected in the final compensation package.
