Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Florida-licensed attorney with a strong background in real estate to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to provide legal support, resolve title issues, and contribute to the success of residential and commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will be based in Naples, FL, and travel to our offices in Miami, Plantation, West Palm Beach, and other locations across the state for presentations and legal support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on residential and small commercial real estate transactions.
- Review, prepare, and finalize legal documents such as contracts, escrow agreements, deeds, and indemnities.
- Examine and clear title matters to facilitate smooth closings.
- Conduct real estate closings and represent clients in negotiations and disputes.
- Provide legal support to resolve title and escrow issues prior to closing.
- Advise on underwriting risks and collaborate with the team to mitigate them.
- Deliver presentations and training on real estate topics across Florida offices.
- Communicate effectively with internal staff, customers, attorneys, and lenders to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Florida.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Proven experience in real estate transactions, with a strong understanding of title and escrow processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Florida.
