Desired Qualifications:
- 2 years of patient access leadership experience that can hit the ground running.
- Hands on management style that is willing to step in and cover other’s shifts if needed.
- Is knowledgeable of various laws.
- Knows the No Surprise Act.
- Out of the box, critical thinking skills to work with different department’s different processes that will connect to patient access in different fashions.
- Experience streamlining workflows and processes.
- Strong mentoring skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
