Key Responsibilities:
- Be friendly, accurate, and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, with basic math abilities
- Handle inbound customer calls efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understand customers' urgent HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and generator service needs
- Communicate with empathy, urgency, and professionalism
- Make outbound calls as needed
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate and complete information
- Schedule service requests for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and generator installations and repairs
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Enjoy working in a positive, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and a calm demeanor when addressing customer concerns
- Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must pass pre-employment drug screenings and background checks
