Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders in preparing drinks and serving customers promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Replenish supplies such as ice, garnishes, and beverages to ensure bartenders have what they need at all times.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking items and reporting shortages to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of bartending practices and drink preparation is a plus.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
