Position Summary
As a Deposit Operations Specialist, you will perform various monitoring responsibilities and processing of tasks related to the day-to-day deposit operations of the bank, including responding to external and internal customer inquiries and resolving operations issues in a timely manner. You will support the Account Services Leadership Team by covering for the various areas of the Deposit Operations space as needed.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion of customer and bank information.
- Ability to operate standard office and bank equipment and required software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and applicable banking systems.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of bank operations or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Twelve months of on-the-job training is required to become familiar with departmental policies and procedures.
