Summary
As an Operations Assistant, you will perform various accounts payable, vendor management, and operations duties. You will also prepare reports for management, assist employees with inquiries, answer telephone lines for various staff members, receive and direct visitors, and perform a variety of other assistant related duties.

- Strong interpersonal skills to professionally represent the bank to customers, vendors and bank employees.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Effectively organizes and plans daily work and tasks with a focus on accuracy.
- Prioritize tasks with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the department.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel software in addition to other specialized software related to the position.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Associate degree in business or related field or comparable work experience is required.
- Knowledge of tax reporting entities and related government forms (W-9, 1099, 103c, etc.).
- General knowledge and understanding of bank departments and products offered.
- Previous accounts payable and administrative experience is helpful.
- Technical training on business and accounts payable software and other required systems is preferred.
