This position requires travel to various locations around the community and work outside of normal office hours.
Support Talent Acquisition team through various social media and in-person initiatives focused on increasing applicant flow. Support the organization’s employment brand through day-to-day recruitment activities and long-term marketing initiatives and strategies.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
Partner and collaborate with Talent Acquisition recruiters to identify and implement external facing recruiting strategies and activities.
Create engaging content for job board posting sites such as Indeed, LinkedIn, CareerLink, etc. Manage application flow and communications on external sites.
Coordinate and lead in-person recruiting activities such as career fairs, presentations, etc.
Develop creative content from existing job descriptions and consultation with recruiters and hiring managers. Continually refine and improve content.
Continually monitor and explore evolving recruiting trends, applicant behavior and research new channels, tools/technologies as they emerge.
Develop and manage relationships with external vendors while monitoring costs and effectiveness.
Proactively search for opportunities to increase visibility of our employment brand and job postings.
Create, collect and analyze data on recruitment efforts and campaign results to make recommendations on future strategies. Develop and track standard metrics.
Partner on other company marketing initiatives and project teams to ensure a recruiting presence when appropriate.
Create and manage a comprehensive database of Talent Acquisition initiatives and resources.
Schedule:
Typical Work Schedule: 7:30 to 4pm with after hour events required.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, marketing, journalism or related field preferred.
Experience
- Digital/social media recruitment with job board websites preferred.
- Content creation experience preferred.
- Talent Acquisition & Marketing experience preferred.
License/Certifications

- Excellent communication, organization, presentation skills.
- Strong computer and internet usage skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems and job boards.
