Position Summary:
Source, interview, select, offer and on-board candidates for hourly and salaried roles for all areas of the business. Fulfill organizational staffing needs and requisition flow; while executing innovative sourcing strategies and relationships to find the right person for each role. Assist with employee brand creation and deployment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Initiate job intake with leaders, create job postings, and post job requisition openings
- Source candidates for openings
- Screen and review resumes; conduct initial phone screens
- Schedule and conduct interviews; coordinate interview agendas and panels; including candidate travel arrangements
- Assist and attend job fairs and school visits
- Administer social media and other job posting mediums (i.e. facebook)
- Track and report key recruiting statistics
- Conduct reference and background checks; including tracking and reporting
- Administer talent acquisition department invoices with approval from manager
- Assist in identifying best practices & recruitment process improvements
- Prepare employee on-boarding and entry into HRIS
- Partner with HR team on broader employee brand management, value proposition, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts and deployment
- Assist with new employee orientation as needed
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years full cycle talent acquisition experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems and data management/reporting techniques; ADP recruiting preferred
- Experience creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership and teams
- Proficient and experienced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- A self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills, comfortable communicating across functional levels is required
