The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the sourcing and screening of quality candidates. They will also be responsible for orientation of new employees, setting up drug tests, and performing background screenings. They will represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events, while building relationships with potential and current employees. They will also design job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements.

Responsibilities
- Source quality candidates through various channels (social media, job boards, etc)
- Meet with hiring managers to determine their hiring needs
- Manage the screening of candidates, including scheduling interviews
- Represent the organization at job fairs
- Maintain accurate job descriptions
- Performs other duties as assigned
