Social Media and Content Specialist
Duties:
- Create and edit photos using Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos
- Make, edit, and post video content in a timely basis.
- Gather information to create signage for the shop related to displays, promotions, new items, and more.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner via any chats in the Social Media channels
- Collaborate with all teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and in-store data points
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
- Proficient in photography, web design, proofreading, and video editing
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
