Position Overview

Nebraska Realty is seeking multiple contract Real Estate Photographers based in Omaha, NE. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing stunning property photos that showcase each home’s unique features. Collaborating closely with our agents, you will conduct on-site photo shoots and provide high-quality imagery that reflects our brand's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Professionalism : Interact professionally with clients and agents on-site.
Real Estate Photography : Capture high-quality images of residential properties with an emphasis on composition and lighting.
HDR Photography & Editing : Expertise in High Dynamic Range photography and editing, delivering polished, visually compelling final images.
Quick Turnaround : Ensure all edited photos are delivered within 24 hours of the photo shoot.

Preferred Qualifications

Videography : Ability to produce video tours of properties.

Video Editing : Proficient in editing video content to enhance property presentations.

Compensation

Pay is based on a per-contract rate, with compensation varying depending on experience and skill level.

Equipment Requirements

Candidates must provide their own professional-grade camera, lenses, computer, and editing software or technology to fulfill job responsibilities.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and editing techniques.

Prior experience in real estate photography is preferred.

Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality images.

Reliable, punctual, and professional on-site.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
