Job Summary
Kutak Rock LLP seeks an experienced associate attorney to join the firm’s corporate department in its Omaha office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securities, and/or general corporate matters and an interest in developing their skills and knowledge while working closely with experienced partners. - Ability to review, analyze, and draft complex documents accurately and efficiently
- Ability to manage multiple matters and tasks simultaneously and to complete tasks efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner

- Ability to competently and professionally communicate with clients and supervising attorneys
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and matter management skills

- Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with partners, associates, and support staff
- Ability to work effectively with large working groups as part of a transaction team
- Desire to actively engage in client development activities
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school in the United States required
- Currently admitted to practice in Nebraska with an active bar license in good standing or able to be admitted within one year required
- 2 years of relevant transactional experience
