Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and experience in order entry, customer support, or office management.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Opportunity to grow and provide order entry, escrow and title support
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
