We are an independent provider of electrical services serving the telecommunications, cellular, electrical vehicle charging, and utility markets and we are growing rapidly. Services we provide include installation, retrofit, maintenance, repair and decommissioning of critical electrical infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Climb up to 180 ft towers while wearing approximately 30lbs of safety equipment
- Pass all safety and tower climbing certifications
- Preps and installs cellular equipment in various weather conditions and elevations
- Running and installing grounding equipment
- Testing and trouble shooting antennas, radios and feeder lines
- Removing, updating and attaching support brackets and cabling
- Configuring antenna alignment
Qualifications
Critical Skills:
- 2 years of wireless industry experience in the installation of major wireless carrier’s equipment on network infrastructure preferred but not required.
- Ability and willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Knowledge and experience with crane hoisting, rigging, and signaling operations strongly preferred
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to adhere to strict safety standards
- Ensure that all work adheres to industry standards of quality and best practices
- Ability to pass DMV background screening
- Strong work ethic and high level of craftmanship
- Knowledge of hand and power tools while being mechanically inclined
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Highly reliable and able to pass drug screening.
Background and Experience:
- Experience operating commercial truck and trailer combination under 26,000 GVW preferred
- Acceptable driving record a must
- Reliable transportation a must
- OSHA 30 Certification a plus
- First Aid/CPR certification a plus
