Position Summary :
Necco has an opportunity for a career as Wraparound Director . This role will oversee the Wraparound and ASO Program growth and development, and provide support and supervision to program staff.

Candidates selected for this position will be responsible for :
Drive Program Profit & Growth
- Aid in development of Wraparound Program
- Oversee Wraparound team budgets and the rate of service
- Serve as a communications link with referring agencies
- Coordinate with the State Director, General Managers and Finance Department on ensuring proper billing procedures and collection rates
- Community outreach to develop needed community supports for the program
Quality, Performance & Risk Management
Ensure all Wraparound phases are being followedOversee all documentation for Necco facilitatorsOversee Wraparound contracts and invoicesReview documentation of facilitators and contract team members to ensure appropriate and timely serviceRespond to DHHR worker communications regarding issues with casesProvide oversight to meet the provision of structure in activities of daily living and to ensure safety of the client, family, and / or communityDefine boundaries for immediate intervention to ensure safety, permanency, and well-beingTrack family team progress and outcomesLeadership & Staff Development
Ensure the ten Wraparound principles are implemented and utilizedAid in monitoring and training the Wraparound facilitator teamKeep track of all Wraparound cases and staff issues with the respective facilitatorEnsure all facilitator documentation is accurate and completed within four daysEnsure new staff are trained on documentation, service types, Necco programs, service delivery, community partner relationships, and overall job roleAttend family meetings for mentoring, problem solving as needed by the facilitator and family teamResponsible for team clinical supervision per contractAttend and participate in self-directed team meetings and activitiesCorporate Citizen

21 years of ageMaster’s Degree, in a human services related field, license preferredMinimum of 2 years experience working with families and / or children with emotional or behavioral problems (post graduate experience)Valid driver’s license100 / 300 / 100 Auto Insurance CoverageTraining and Travel willingnessExcellent organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsSuccessful completion of all required criminal background checksMust possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard)At Necco, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable work environment.
