The Role
We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator who will be an integral part of both NECIs and our customers success. As a Service Coordinator, you will act as both an internal and external facing point of contact as you communicate with customers and entities including: service providers, product manufacturers, subcontractors and sales to deliver a superior level of customer service to meet the customers goals.

What Youll Do
- Interact with sales, customers and service providers to scope, propose and manage the logistics and execution of the service engagement.
- Requires the creation and ownership of work orders related to shop repairs and field repair operations within our valve and asset repair business and constant proactive engagement with all interested parties to manage the reprioritization and ever-changing customer needs.
- Works with sales, outage management, and service providers to meet customer expectations through entire engagement from scoping, quoting, execution to post engagement closeout.
- Proactively monitor and manage changes in service engagement communicating changes to all concerned parties
- Master the use of our IFS Business system to produce customer proposals, and enter work orders, customer orders, purchase orders, etc.
- Post outage cost reconciliation and delivery of repair reports.
- Work with shop and field personnel on work order prioritization.
- Logging and writing shop repair orders, field service repair orders, and subcontractor scope of work.
- Manages all customer and internal documentation.
What Youll Bring
- A 4 Yr. College degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- High computer system application literacy including Microsoft 365
- High-level attention to detail, basic project management skills and ability to learn and master multiple software packages
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to influence through tact, diplomacy, and finesse.
- High level of mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
