Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an entry-level E-commerce Specialist at Necker’s Jewelers. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online sales of jewelry, analyzing customer trends, providing exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall e-commerce experience for our customers working out of our DeWitt, IA store location.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, E-Commerce, and Sales skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in managing online sales platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Photoshop Design experience with knowledge on professional editing for website images
- Ability to write product descriptions and blog posts weekly
- Be able to work with our marketing director for collection drops and sales
- Foundation in Google Analytics
- Create content to promote the online website
- Knowledge of jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Salary : $38,000 - $50,000
