About the role:
As Nectar’s METRC Team Specialist, you will work with the farm completing METRC tasks, that is related to the grow, harvest, and trimming.
Salary Range: $22.00 an hour to start.
Responsibilities:
- Encourage and maintain the flow of the farm.
- Must maintain a culture of professionalism.
- Ensure that METRC is always current and compliant.
- Conduct regular METRC audits to remediate issues as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, reconcile inventory records as needed, and maintain extensively organized and compliant inventory records.
- Effectively communicate with other staff members regarding inventory anomalies and how to avoid them.
- Identify inventory anomalies, troubleshoot, remediate issues, and update procedures to ensure the situation is isolated.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation for this role will vary depending on the candidate’s level of experience. Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Mathematical skill and attention to detail.
- At least 1 year of METRC experience working under a Producer License.
- At least 1 year of METRC experience working under a Wholesale License.
- Has worked in a large recreational cannabis environment.
- Proficient in Excel.
- METRC certified.
- Takes direction well.
- Works well under pressure.
- Likes to be part of a team.
- Computer savvy.
