We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SaaS Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the revenue operations team by managing and optimizing processes across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting, enhancing cross-department collaboration, and streamlining data management to ensure a seamless revenue lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align processes and improve revenue efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to optimize the sales funnel and customer lifecycle.
- Assist in the design and implementation of lead-to-revenue workflows, ensuring smooth handoffs between teams.
- Data and CRM Management:
- Maintain and manage CRM data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Regularly audit systems to track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
- Support CRM customization and automation to meet evolving business needs.
- Reporting and Analysis:

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
