Job Overview :

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for sales? A1 Exterminators is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. A1 Exterminators is a leading provider of pest control services. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our effective pest control solutions.

Responsibilities :

Generate leads and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' pest control needs and recommend appropriate services.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our pest control solutions.
Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure new business opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify sales opportunities.

Requirements :

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the pest control industry or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve results.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.

Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver's license

Pesticide applicator’s license preferred
