Experience: 2-3 years of work experience in Information Technology. Good knowledge and working experience in computer networking (TCP/IP, routing, HTTP(S) REST APIs) .
Other Requirements: This is a hybrid role based in Burlington, MA, requiring in-office presence 2-3 days per week. Domestic and international travel (30-40%) is required, including trips to our headquarters in the Netherlands. Candidates must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and be eligible for U.S. employment.

- Product and Features Deployment: Collaborate with retailers and the internal technical team to successfully launch Nedap products. Provide expert advice on the iD Cloud SaaS solution to internal and external stakeholders. Analyze retailers’ IT architecture and support API integrations during pre-rollout and full deployment phases.
- Customer-Centric Development: Build strong relationships within clients’ organizations as a trusted advisor. Act as a customer advocate by integrating client feedback into the solution and influencing the product roadmap. Proactively address customer inquiries about product capabilities and features.
- Product Implementation: Lead and support clients through the successful integration of Nedap solutions into their processes. Oversee end-to-end testing, including data transfer and integrity, network and hardware connectivity, and solution optimization to ensure seamless implementation. Train and support client champion users, IT helpdesk teams, and ecosystem partners to ensure long-term success.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Generate and translate analytical reports for internal product teams and client stakeholders, providing actionable insights into solution performance. Assess and optimize system performance within the client’s IT landscape, offering recommendations to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to optimize the iD Cloud solution, driving continuous improvements and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Develop scalable solutions by documenting knowledge and best practices across projects, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.

Required experience and skills
- Technical Skills: You must have the ability to configure hardware, software, and network requirements for projects. Advanced technical problem-solving skills are essential, allowing you to anticipate and troubleshoot system, architecture, or integration challenges before pilots or rollouts. You should also be able to suggest changes and design alternative solutions as needed. Proficiency in data analysis using Excel is required, and experience with JavaScript and/or Python is highly desirable.
- Project Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to independently plan and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. You must have the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives and ensure smooth execution of all project phases.
