We are currently taking applications from qualified individuals for this position that will be based in one of our Louisiana locations, which include Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Mandeville, and New Orleans.

Requirements include a 2-year course in drafting design and/or college degree, plus a minimum of five years of experience in drafting – with a minimum of two of those years in transportation design. Experience must include preparing design drawings, creating alignments, creating plans, quantities and details. Working knowledge of MicroStation preferred. with experience using survey files, developing surfaces. and corridors.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual looking for career growth. You will be a part of the Engineering Team and will assist other teams as project and client demands dictate.
Minimum Requirements
- AA degree in CADD drafting or comparable coursework desired.
- 2 years of experience in transportation drafting.
- 5 years of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D ORMicroStation and Open Roads.
- 1 year of experience with MicroStation.
- Strong verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with LADOT protocols is a plus.
- InRoads Experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
