Experience :
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a CADD Technician, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
10 years of Civil 3D experience.
Demonstrated expertise in CADD software, including advanced knowledge of tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or MicroStation.
Skills & Competencies :
Strong understanding of engineering and design principles related to the specific industry (civil, architectural, mechanical, etc.).
Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications and design standards.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of GIS software and BIM tools is a plus.
