What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Management Consultant position at NeerInfo Solutions?
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience including experience in Utilities in Field Service Management Area
• Experience in playing the role of functional lead, driving requirements and design considering product fitment and client requirements.
• Experience in handling solutions in the areas of Electric and Gas distribution.
• Expertise in at least one of the leading Field Services products (Salesforce Field Service/IFS/D365/Oracle Field Service)
• Ability to handle clients, multiple stakeholders and drive specific solution areas to closure.
• Strong communication and Analytical skills
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
