This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, staff, and residents while managing key administrative tasks.
Position Details :
Shift : Part-Time, evenings and weekends
Responsibilities :
Answer phones and direct calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Greet patients, visitors, and staff, providing excellent customer service.
Schedule appointments and manage front desk operations efficiently.
Take temperatures of staff and visitors as required.
Assist with Accounts Payable processes.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong computer skills essential for managing records and administrative tasks.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
COVID-19 vaccination required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring.
