Neighbor is looking for a quality assurance specialist to join its Community team. You will be a key component of Neighbor’s expansion strategy across different U.S. markets, as you work to approve new listings submitted for review on Neighbor and assist hosts in listing-related questions via email support. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
This is a 10-20 hour/week part-time opportunity with weekend work required. Ability to have a flexible schedule and work with a small team is required. We welcome remote candidates based in Utah.

Responsibilities
- Review and approve listings from hosts and our sales team
- Optimize listings elements, including pictures, descriptions, and user profiles
- Review and confirm host ownership
- Accept and edit listing recommendations made by the host sales team
- Resolve inbound listing issues via email
- Archive unavailable listings
- Trustworthy
- Excellent written communication skills
- Passionate about helping others succeed
- Detail oriented
- Comfortable working with Google Suite products
- Ability to work independently without significant oversight
- Ability to read and understand legal documents such as lease agreements, warranty deeds, titles, etc. (not required, but a plus)
