Job Description
- Monitor and maintain Dental staff appointment schedules to maximize efficiency and maintain adequate patient flow. Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed
- Verify insurance, income, and collect other documents before patient visits.
- Assist in administrative and clinical functions of Dental department, including maintaining Electronic Dental Record, data tracking, processing prior authorizations.
- Other duties as assigned
Location: 3569 Ridge Rd., Cleveland, OH 44102
Moving to New Location on W130th and Lorain Spring 2025
Pay: $18.00 to $23.00/ hr, based on experience and qualifications

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 years in medical or dental office setting strongly preferred
- Ability to speak multiple languages preferred
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to multitask.
