Job Description
- Provide dental care to patients, including diagnosing dental or oral conditions, and ordering treatment.
- Provide education to patients to inform of potential risks and benefits of dental procedures and treatment to improve outcomes.
- Other duties as assigned
Location: 3569 Ridge Rd., Cleveland, OH 44102
Moving to New Location on W130th and Lorain Spring 2025
Pay: $150k to $180k, based on experience, qualifications, and FTE.
Full time and Part time available. Flexible days and hours

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Dental School (DDS or DMD)
- Active license to practice dentistry in Ohio
- Active DEA license
- Active CPR Certification
- 1 years experience as Dentist, community health setting preferred
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
