Responsibilities
The Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) supports loan officers by ensuring loan applications are complete and ready to be sent to processing. The LOA collects supporting loan documents, prepares / sends disclosures, coordinates with the processing team, and carries out various administrative tasks. The LOA is expected to start the mortgage licensing process within 6 months of hire.
