Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides comprehensive, integrated, and affordable high-quality healthcare services to underserved populations. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting the NOAH IT infrastructure, voice systems and Microsoft applications. In addition, the Systems Administrator performs operational tasks, including scheduled maintenance, project work, and installation tasks, while working in partnership with other IT staff.
Core responsibilities include business and systems analysis, application training, works with vendors to resolve software issues, creates new user access provisioning, and produces data as needed or requested. Will mentor the support team.
Responsibilities:

Implements operating system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of NOAH’s infrastructure.

Script the automation of regular tasks to help streamline operations and perform data collection.

Administration and maintenance of VoIP and telephony systems.

Maintain server and network hardware.

Respond to and use an online ticketing system to fill service requests from users.

Act infrastructure problems.

Assure a high level of reliability and performance through network monitoring and infrastructure management.

Revise and maintain technical and operational documentation (including procedures) to continually improve system environments.

Ensure network compliance with security and performance requirements (PCI, HIPAA).

Assist in developing the overall performance and capability of the technical team through knowledge sharing.

Install, maintain, and evaluate infrastructure systems and communications.
Qualifications
Required:
-
5 years’ experience in systems administration
-
Strong sense for security – both internally and on the hosting systems

Well organized, attentive to details, and able to meet demanding deadlines

Monitoring/Alerting/Logging Services and correlating patterns
-
Experienced with automation
-
Database experience
-
Configuration Management
-
Strong communication skills
-
Systems administration experience (Windows, MS Azure, M365) Including maintenance, configuration, and monitoring.

Endpoint device support.
Preferred:

Experience in Healthcare

Experience with Epic EHR
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
