Location: Bend
Compensation: $29.85/hour (plus $0.50/hour for bilingual Spanish)
Hours: Regular full-time, exempt (40 hours/week)

NeighborImpact Housing Overview
NeighborImpact's Housing program offers crucial assistance to individuals and families in need within Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson counties, as well as the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. The program can provide eviction prevention and deposit assistance, prioritizing applications based on need rather than a first-come, first-served basis.

Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The Housing Coordinator is responsible for supervising and supporting housing advocates with service plans for program participants, monitoring, reviewing files for compliance, supporting with training, technical assistance, and voucher process. This role will support with the implementation of state and federal housing programs and provide leadership, guidance, and direct case management services to ensure clients receive comprehensive support and access to housing resources. In addition, the Housing Coordinator will be available as a backup supervisor for other programs in the absence of the Client Services Manager.
Requirements:
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in social services or related field required
- Or, in lieu of bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in social services or with other systems of care required
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience required
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills required
- Access to reliable personal transportation (daily) required
- Strong knowledge of federal and state housing programs preferred
- Candidates bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Required within 90 days of hire:
- Acquire First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- Complete the Bloodborne Pathogens and Naloxone Training
- Required prior to date of hire and throughout employment:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proof of current auto insurance.
- This position is occasionally rated as active and may require the individual to lift up to 30 pounds, occasional kneeling, stooping and bending may be required
- Access to reliable transportation required
- Satisfactory criminal background check required.
