Leasing Specialist

Neighborly Communities is in search for a Leasing Specialist to join our team at Shaff Square in Stayton Oregon!

**This position is 16 hours/week, spread across 4 hours, 4 days a week**

Benefits:

Part-Time PTO accrual

The salary range for this position is: $17.50-$19.00

Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on experience.

What you will do as the Leasing Specialist

• Oversee all leasing operations with an Outward Mindset in compliance with all local, state and federal laws while providing the best resident experience in the world

• Greet, tour and communicate the community’s features and benefits to potential residents while documenting pertinent data

• Plan and execute monthly resident events with the assistance from the Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager

• Help facilitate community financials by preparing market analysis and survey reports

• Utilize Outward Mindset Tools to ensure a positive impact to your team and residents

• Enhance your professional development by attending industry-related training seminars

Preferred Education and experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1 years of multi-family housing leasing experience

• 1 years of Fair Housing regulations knowledge

Skills and Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and with a team and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to adopt the principles of the Outward Mindset in all work-related relationships and situations
